In order to find if we are already booked for your wedding date our first question is always: "When?" You should book your videographer (us) nine to twelve months before your wedding date. If you, for any reason, missed to do early booking, call to see if you are lucky (if our team is still available for your wedding date) or. if we can help with recommendations.

We prefer to see you by setting your booking appointment. Although in some cases we can do on-line (e-mail) or by mail booking, we need to see your to book your wedding. For us, booking is not getting deposit only. (booking fee/deposit is $450 and it's at the same time the first payment/portion for your wedding video). On booking appointment we together with you fill in the form, a written contract that spells out all the details of your wedding video including coverage, editing, options, number and format of copies, delivery, and the date, time and location of your wedding. We are experienced videographers and with our contracts both sides are always covered. Booking appointment is usually in our studio, although we can do booking/planning appointment at your place as well.

We use the booking meeting to plan your wedding video together with you; to define style, content, to find who is who, what do you like to see, and all other details.

We want to make a perfect wedding video at each wedding, to do our best for the wedding video package booked. In order to do it, we always prepare not only our equipment, but also ourselves. We carefully plan each wedding, come to rehearsal to check the church lighting, to talk with the priest, to find out who is who, etc.

Weddings are exciting, action-packed live events that often require changes of location and scenery. We are experienced professionals that use equipment that allows us smooth wedding coverage along with high quality filming even in low light conditions. The perfect video is easier to produce with two cameras than with one camera. If you want a smooth video, everybody will advice you to purchase a package that includes two videographers. What is the difference. It's simple, with 2 cameras and 2 videographers everything is doubled: double shots, double angles, double work hours, double row material, and it is always close to be double better!

What are we filming and when does we start depends on the purchased package. The most common wedding video content: bride and groom's preparation, ceremony, park photo/video sessions, reception! There are more details and our ideas connected with this common content. For instance, during reception we do: exterior shots of the reception venue, cutaway shots of flowers, fountains, statues, etc. Limo arriving at reception, and wedding party getting out. Receiving line Wedding party entering reception. First dance. mother-groom, and father daughter dances, wedding party dance, Mom's dance with the groom. Dad's dance with the bride. Best man's toast. Speaches. Cake cutting. Garter removal and toss. Guest book signings. Interviews with guests. Cutaways and detail shots - cake, presents, decorations, flower arrangements, the DJ or band, etc. Romantic Moments. Guests saying goodbye, etc. We film all important and interesting moments and DON'T shoot: People eating. Drunks or people in any embarrassing situation.

To produce a video that tells a story in real life requires a full time job just in editing. An edited video generally requires about 4-6 times more hours of work than shooting. Filming-editing ratio sometimes could even be higher, specially with Hollywood style production. We make each wedding unique and different. It's another reason why editing process ask for heavy working hours. A beautiful video is worth the wait! But not too long. Our average delivery time is between 3 and 9 weeks !

Our Post-production process also includes design and packaging. All of our hollywood style wedding videos have custom designed menus, scene selections, on DVD prints, and unique movie style posters for DVD case cover.
